My health

I think I was very healthy during spring semester. Because of the state of emergency declaration, I had to stay at home and I couldn’t eat out or work part-time. Taking advantage of that opportunity I made all the meals of the day by myself. I studied about nutrition and cooked well-balanced meals. However, I become less healthy now. I have part-time job until midnight and eat dinner at such a late time. Also, I stay up late and don’t get enough sleep almost every day due to doing assignments or part-time jobs. I want to regain my regular life.
